COMMERCIAL FAQ

The questions business owners ask us most.

Choosing a pest control partner for your business comes down to a handful of practical questions: what it costs, when you can be serviced, whether you are locked into a contract, and whether your records will hold up to an inspection. Here are straight answers to all of them, in one place.

If your question is not here, call us and ask. We would rather answer it directly than have you guess.

SCHEDULING AND RESPONSE

Scheduling, hours, and emergencies.

Yes. For businesses that cannot have treatment during open hours, like restaurants and retail, we schedule around your operation, including evenings and weekends, so service never gets in the way of customers or staff.

For routine scheduled visits, not much. For the first inspection or a new plan, we will work with you to find the earliest time that works for your operation. The faster we can see the building, the faster we can get you protected.

We prioritize commercial emergencies. If a pest problem is threatening your operation or reputation, call us, and we will let you know the soonest we can be on-site. Active accounts get moved to the front of the line.

It depends on your building and your industry. A busy restaurant kitchen needs a different rhythm than a low-traffic office. We set a schedule that matches your risk and adjust it as conditions change.

PRICING AND CONTRACTS

What it costs and how agreements work.

Yes. Every commercial relationship starts with a free, no-obligation inspection. It is the only honest way to quote, since we need to see your building before we can tell you what it takes to protect it.

Pricing is based on the size of your space, your industry, and how often you need service. A small office and a large restaurant have very different needs, so we quote after a free inspection rather than from a one-size-fits-all price list.

No. We offer annual agreements, month-to-month service, seasonal plans, and one-time corrective treatments, depending on what best fits your business. You are not forced into a term that does not suit you.

Yes. If pests come back between scheduled visits, you call us, and we come back. Standing behind the plan is part of the service, not an upsell.

COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION

Reports, audits, and insurance.

Yes. You get a written report after every visit, and we keep audit-ready records. For food service and healthcare, we can support you during a health inspection, so you are never caught scrambling for paperwork.

Full details at compliance.

We keep the logs, service history, product records, and corrective-action notes that outside food safety audits look for, and we will work from your specific auditor’s checklist.

More on documentation at compliance.

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request for your records or your property manager.

HOW WE WORK

Methods, safety, and what to expect.

Both, in the right order. We treat any active problem you have now, then focus on keeping it from coming back by sealing entry points and correcting the conditions that drew pests in.

See the full approach at Our Approach.

Yes. Because we rely on sealing, sanitation, and precise placement rather than blanket spraying, there is far less product in your space, and it goes only where it is needed. Treatments are planned around your hours.

Common commercial problems in our area include roaches, rodents, ants, flies, and stored-product pests, among others. If you are dealing with something specific, ask, and we will tell you how we handle it.

WORKING WITH US

Who we serve and what sets us apart.

Restaurants and food service, hotels and vacation rentals, multi-family housing, healthcare, offices, retail, and more across the Wilmington area. See industries we serve at industries.

We keep a consistent point of contact for your account, so the person serving your building knows its history and its quirks instead of starting from scratch every visit.

We are local. That means consistent technicians who know your account, a prevention-first approach rather than a spray-and-go script, and the flexibility to build a plan that fits how your business runs. When you call, you reach people who know your building.

Only with permission. Many of our commercial accounts prefer privacy, so we do not list a business as a client unless they have given us the okay.

Still have a question? Let's talk.

Free inspection. No obligation. Straight answers for your specific business.
