Whatever pest is in your home, we know how to get it out.
You do not need to identify it perfectly or know its scientific name. You just need it gone. Whether it is a roach in the kitchen, mice in the walls, or something you have not gotten a good look at yet, tell us what you are seeing, and we will take it from there.
Here are the home pests we treat across the Wilmington area, what to watch for, and where to learn more about each one.
Roaches
Ants
One ant on the counter usually means a trail you have not found yet. Most are a nuisance, but fire ants in the yard turn your own lawn into a place your kids and pets cannot safely play.
How we handle it. We trace the colony and treat where it lives, not just the workers you see, and we handle fire ant mounds in the yard so the outdoors is yours again.

Rodents
Mice and rats do more than startle you. They gnaw wiring and insulation, contaminate food, and multiply quickly in any quiet nook, often in the walls or crawlspace long before you see one.
How we handle it. We find how they are getting in, seal those entry points, and set a plan to clear them out and keep them out. Rodent service is included in every recurring plan we offer.

Bed bugs
Few pests cause the dread that bed bugs do. They turn your own bed into something you are afraid to lie down in, and they spread room to room while you sleep.
How we handle it. We start with a thorough inspection to confirm what you are dealing with, then treat the infested rooms directly. Bed bug treatment is priced per room, so you only pay for the rooms that need it.

Fleas
Fleas ride in on pets and wildlife, then settle into carpet, bedding, and upholstery. By the time you are getting bitten, the eggs are already spread through the house.
How we handle it. We treat inside and out to break the cycle at every stage, so your pets and your family stop being the meal.

Stinging insects
A wasp nest by the door, or carpenter bees drilling into your eaves, is more than a nuisance when someone in the house is allergic or the structure is taking damage.
How we handle it. We remove the nests you can see, treat the ones that cannot be reached safely, and address carpenter bees before they weaken your trim and fascia.

Spiders
Most spiders are harmless, but a brown recluse in the closet or a black widow in the garage is a real concern for a family. Even the harmless ones make a home feel less like yours.
How we handle it. We knock down webs and egg sacs, treat the quiet spaces where spiders hide, and tell you straight which ones in our area are worth worrying about.

Termites
Don't see your pest?
The simplest way to keep all of this out.
For most homes, the easiest protection is a recurring plan that covers the everyday pests and includes rodent service, so you are not paying problem by problem. One-time treatments are there when you have a single issue to solve.
See exactly what each option costs on our pricing page, or compare the recurring options side by side on our protection plans page. Termite protection and bed bug treatment are quoted separately, since they work differently from a recurring plan.
Pests we treat: your questions, answered.
The common household pests in our area, including roaches, ants, rodents, bed bugs, fleas, stinging insects, spiders, and termites. If you are not sure what you have, describe what you are seeing and we will identify it.
Yes. We use targeted, precise placement rather than blanket spraying, and we tell you how to prepare and when it is clear before every visit.
No. Termite protection works under a separate termite agreement rather than a recurring plan. We inspect, identify the type, and quote a termite plan suited to your home.
